Contractors retain control of their pricing, estimating methods, trade knowledge, and construction techniques. Proposals are treated confidentially and fairly. Homeowner's responsibilities include: accurate project information, ability to pay, and prompt reasonable decisions. The goal is simple: reduce friction between parties. Fewer misunderstandings, better-informed decisions, less conflict, and a smoother project for both homeowners and contractors. Think of Owner’s Representative as an experienced, independent project manager sitting on the homeowner’s side of the table helping organize the process without getting in the way of professionals doing the work.
